As you may have heard, on May 12, 2010, SAP and Sybase announced that SAP and Sybase have entered into an agreement for SAP to acquire Sybase. We understand that an acquisition can be an uncertain time for our customers, so I would like to share with you what you can expect over the coming months and what this combination might mean to you and the working relationship you have built with Sybase.
